The Ethical Trade Audit of Sedex (SMETA) guarantees our compliance with the Ethical Trading Initiative code “ETI”, the local laws, and the respect of labor, health, and safety standards.
Through our ARA certification, we ensure the sustainability of our Agave fields by complying with environmental regulations defined by SEMARNAT, SEMADET and CRT.
FSSC 22000 is a food safety system recognized by GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative). It is a certification scheme conformed by ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 and the additional requirements of the FSSC Foundation. This internationally recognized scheme guarantees food safety in Grupo Solave’s certified processes (tequila production).
Annually our solutions are certified accordin g to the US National Organic Program (NOP) 7 CFR Part 2015, which endorses that our products are organically produced from organic materials and labeled according to the 205.303 section of the same regulations. Country: United States

According to Jewish standards, our Kosher PAREVE certification guarantees that our solutions are elaborated under a quality control system, making our products suitable as they have been responsibly prepared.
We are registered with the United Stated Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under section 305 of the Public Health Safety and Biosafety Response Act of 2002, P.L. 107 - 188. The purpose of this registry is to provide the FDA with sufficient and reliable information about our food safety facilities and processes.
We are part of the Tequila Regulatory Council (Consejo Regulador del Tequila), dedicated to inspecting and certifying compliance with the Official Tequila Standard and promoting Tequila’s quality, culture, and prestige.
